Michal's kicking around the potential of expanding his tremendous Fiction Corpus with some real adult fiction novels; cites fatigue

I believe in the concept of utilizing English as the international community's second language. I don't trust in the prosaic methodology by which English is taught.
Polishing a person's handiness with a language isn't like launching a more accurate crossbow. A language - a living language - isn't just an instrument that you can learn to manipulate with greater amounts of precision. A living tongue cannot be bisected from the prevailing culture of a clan of people of which it is a description. A language isn't recited; it happens - and keeps happening as long as a circle of people keeps using it.
To make a person recite English is to cheat him out of its cultural context. A good educator must create a strategy for introducing it; the perceptive pupil ventures out to seek it.
A dictionary - properly used - can become an influential tool. A decent dictionary will define words based on a specific corpus, a set of written language of varying scope and consistency. They can contain anything from a biography of artists to some real adult fiction stories. I watched many moons pass creating my "humongous" Fiction Corpus in order to form a new class of dictionary based on the ability of one man to tell a story in myriad forms. It is a labor of love and listening.
I have crafted a million words and I have broken them down, reshaping them - not merely to teach a language but to promote the human soul, and to pressure that spirit or soul not just to recite but to happen.
Michal's Dictionary: Understanding the words Town Square
A word can represent many things. First and foremost it represents a type of gesture. A specific way of speaking. A specific way of inscribing a mark. A specific way of moving your hand. To know one of these kinds of gestures is to know how to pronounce the words town square in some kind of way.
If you want to communicate an idea using the words town square, you will need to know what other people are made to think when you make the gesture. You will never have complete awareness of or control over the associations or identities that are invoked by a set of words, but you can know what was and what is a single word's jointly accepted definition, at least for a given place, thereby tracing a direction which will help you to understand what kinds of associations and identities are driving its use.
By using the word yourself, you enter into a long-standing albeit oftentimes unconscious debate over its definition, forever entangling yourself into the history of its use. The way you use it, and which other words you use it with carries weight.
The more you know about where the words town square are located in the fabric of a language, the better you will be at exploiting their cultural power.

Author's Note
"Town Square" does not make an appearance in Death to Mcdonalds.
An experimental science fiction Christology that makes Jesus the hard boiled narrator of his own early years on a bizarro earth made dark by volcanic ash and informally ruled by a man from Mars who sells bottled air.
For thirty-three hours and a half, we proceeded slowly (in fact, as slowly as possible) from the town square to St. Hedwig's Basilica, where we stripped ourselves to the waist, took off our shoes, and prostrated ourselves in silence. When the Master decided, he began to whip us. (The Master was elected; we chose the weakest man among us). When the Master started whipping, we began chanting the Stabat Mater. Assuming a position which indicated for what kind of sin we wished to atone, we would wait for the Master to heal us. The murderer was supposed to lie on his face - thankfully, none of us did that. The adulterer lay on his back; perjurers, on their sides, holding up three fingers; disobedient children, with their asses up in the air; people who didn't go to church on Sunday, in a crab; corrupt officials, holding up one leg, exposing their genitals. Then, we would rise, form a circle, and beat ourselves, singing songs of praise to the Savior, who endured much worse for the sake of our sins. We would walk, with banners and crosses held before us. In the nighttime, we held lanterns - all the while singing songs and beating ourselves with whips. (Jesus bought his in a sex shop.)
What lethargy he faced! What fatigue! Jesus's father took a long time to die. After his wife's death, the trial and its aftereffects consumed him for about two years. Then, there was nothing. Selling all of his property, your father's father moved back to Treblinka, onto his old garbage. His own father was long dead, but, for a few years, his mother still lived. In their old apartment on the southern side of Town Square, your grandfather spent the last years of his life, addicting himself to heroin.
One day, not long before the terrorists attacked Poland, Lucius and Columbus brought two guests into Jesus's apartment. One was a Krupnik. The other was soon to be his brother-in-law. He was an Irishman. Columbus had met the Krupnik at some dance club in Wroclaw: the Rathaus Club, named after the German word for Town Hall, seeing as how the club was located in Wroclaw's Town Square, not far from the actual Town Hall, and apparently the club catered to a more high-class clientele - hence the German name. The club was owned by Leonard Cohen-Krupnik and was probably always full of Krupniks and since Columbus had been spinning there one night, the two met. Columbus was spinning that night at a local club in Treblinka. Having invited his new Krupnik friend (who had brought along his future brother-in-law), Columbus extended his invitation to Jesus, but Jesus had other plans.
Jesus's proof came at dawn. In the coldest hour of night, he led his men to the top of St. Elizabeth's tower. But first, he had to rid it of terrorists. Standing in the northeast corner of Town Square, St. Elizabeth's had been occupied. At a height of sixty-three meters, the tower's cupola had no doubt given terrorists an excellent vantage point. At forty-six meters, the outside balcony wrapped itself around the tower completely, providing a panoramic view. Terrorist snipers hiding behind its parapet wall had harassed part of Stalin's platoon. Three of his fellow soldiers had died before the rest were captured. They wanted blood.
The electric truck quietly drove down the road, away from Town Square. After we turned right onto the road to the highway, we passed the town's ancient motte and turned right again. Passing the garages, we turned left and then left again onto Field Road. Passing Cosmonaut Road and Theatre Road, we got to the end. There was forest. A dirt path went along the western edge of the property of Elementary School Number Two in Marie Curie's name and connected with the other side of Field Road. A second path went through the wood.
A literature book narrated by a pair of siblings on either side of the Atlantic whose profoundly weird sexual experiences pose a serious challenge to their traditional understanding of mathematicians, marriage, gay young men and God.
"Town Square" does not make an appearance in Sex For Children.
A collection of stories featuring a sexy Parisian ghost, a spooky Moon base full of vagina-faced aliens, a policeman with an Irish name, a truck full of watermelons, a flautist, and a man who has to see another man about a diseased horse.
"Town Square" does not make an appearance in Tsiga Tsiga Tsiga.
A real play. With drama in it. Talk fast. It takes two hours. Set in a guest house. In a small community. After a murder. Lots of suspicion. The characters learn to listen to each other. It's funny.
"Town Square" does not make an appearance in Sorry Miss Jackson.
A story book full of short fiction stories. An interesting bedtime mystery. A fairy tale. Science fiction romance. Adult life. Uninspiring gay fiction. Horror.
"Town Square" does not make an appearance in Miscellaneous Dingbats

It's natural to hide dirty things. They're embarrassing. But we need to keep in mind that when we hide things that are difficult, we make them seem dirty when they're really something else entirely. And when we keep things that are easy in plain sight, we make them seem clean when they really aren't. That is dangerous.
